In Youtube's case (The acquisition) I vote for Roelof Botha:

• He's the VC behind the success story
• Has been Partner in Sequoia only 3 years
• He's 35 years old
• He invested in youtube less than 2 years ago, and now made the most impressive exit of the year
• His background - was CFO of Paypal (at 29), and previously a management consultant with McKinsey

Not bad at all...

This brings Sequoia $480M... (A nice piece will end up with the GP Superheroes...)
