All I can say is that there are some Israeli companies that are doing "Avodat Kodesh" (Holy work) and developing some of the computers components...
No Hebrew...(I hope it stays that way, since this is a project to help developing countries)

How was the interface? Was it at all similar to anything we've seen before, i.e. Mac/Windows/Linux? Please share more!

unfortunately I had only a very short time to play around with the applications - so won't be able to share too many insights on the UI and interfaces...
Will try to get some feedback from the teams working on it to share...
